Rogue Cocktails

dead_guy_whiskey

OLD FASHIONED

1.5 oz. Dead Guy Whiskey
1-2 dashes Bitters
1 splash Water
1 tsp Sugar
1 Maraschino Cherry
Orange Peel

1. Mix sugar, water and bitters in an old-fashioned glass.
2. Drop in cherry and a single orange peel.
3. Muddle into a paste with muddler.
4. Fill glass with ice.
5. Add Dead Guy Whiskey.

OREGON SOUR

1.5 oz. Oregon Single Malt Vodka
1 oz. fresh Lemon juice
1 oz. Simple Syrup
.5 oz. Oregon Red Wine

1. Combine Whiskey, lemon juice and simple syrup in shaker with ice.
2. Shake.
3. Strain into Rogue Farms mug filled with ice.
4. Float the Wine (gently pour over the back of a spoon just above the drink’s

.75 oz. Dark Rum
.75 oz. fresh Lime Juice
5 fresh mint leaves

1. Combine Whiskey, Rum and Lime juice in a shaker with ice.
2. Shake.
3. Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice.
4. Garnish with mint leaves.

BLOOD & DIRT

.75 oz Oregon Single Malt Whiskey
.75 oz Cherry Heering
.75 oz Sweet Vermouth
.75 oz fresh Orange juice

1. Combine Whiskey, Cherry Heering, Vermouth and Orange juice into shaker with ice.
2. Shake.
3. Strain into cocktail glass.
4. Garnish with orange peel or twist.

1 oz. Compari
1 oz. Sweet Vermouth
Orange slice

1. Pour ingredients into an old-fashioned glass with ice.
2. Give it one stir with cocktail spoon.

1.5 oz. Pink Spruce Gin
1.5 oz. fresh Grapefruit Juice
2 oz. fresh Orange Juice
Lime slice

1. Combine Pink Gin, Grapefruit & Orange Juice into shaker with ice.
2. Shake.
3. Strain into XS glass with ice.
4. Garnish with slice of lime.

1.5 oz. Hazelnut Spice Rum
1/2 oz. Coffee (hot & strong)
2 tsps. Sugar
Whipped Cream
Orange Zest
Cinnamon

1. In coffee mug, stir the coffee and sugar until dissolved.
2. Stir in Hazelnut Spice Rum.
3. Let settle.
4. Top with whipped cream.
5. Shave small amount of orange zest.
6. Add a dash or two of cinnamon.

4. Stir gently.
5. Strain into cocktail glass.
6. Add dash of bitters.

1. Combine Whiskey, Vermouth, Chartreuse and Bitters into shaker with ice.
2. Shake.
3. Strain into coupe or cocktail glass.

1.5 oz. Dead Guy Whiskey
.75 oz. Aperol
.75 oz. Simple Syrup
1.5 oz. fresh Lemon juice
3 oz. Dead Guy Ale

1. Add Whiskey, Aperol, Syrup and lemon juice to shaker with ice.
2. Shake.
3. Strain into Dead Guy pint glass with ice.
4. Top with Dead Guy Ale.
5. Stir slightly.
6. Garnish with lemon peel.

1.5 oz Chipotle Spirit
3 slices fresh Jalapeno
.75 oz fresh Lime juice
.75 oz Simple Syrup
2-3 oz Chipotle Ale

1. Muddle 3 slices of jalapeno in empty shaker (or more/less to depending on spice)
2. Add Chipotle Spirit, lime juice and simple syrup to shaker with ice.
3. Shake.
4. Strain into Chipotle glass
5. Gently add Chipotle Ale.
6. Garnish with jalapeno slice.

2. Shake.
3. Strain into Dead Guy pint glass with ice.
4. Top with Single Malt Ale.
5. Stir slightly.

4. Top with Single Malt Ale.
5. Stir slightly.

4. Top with Juniper Pale Ale.
5. Stir slightly.

7 Red Grapes
5-10 Mint Leaves
1.5 oz. American Amber Ale

1. Muddle Grapes and Mint Leaves in empty shaker.
2. Add Vodka and lemon juice to shaker with ice.
3. Shake.
4. Strain into Rogue Farms mug with ice.
5. Top with American Amber Ale.
6. Garnish with mint leaf.

1 tbsp. Simple Syrup
3 oz. Shakespeare Stout

1. Combine Whiskey, Simple Syrup and Grapefruit Juice in shaker with ice.
2. Shake.
3. Strain into pint glass with ice.
4. Top with Shakespeare Stout.
