Starting today, we’re celebrating Sriracha Week, a collision of Huy Fong’s Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce and Rogue Ales and Spirits.
Each day we’ll post a recipe that uses either Rogue Ales Sriracha Hot Stout, or Sriracha Hot Sauce, along with one of our Rogue Spirits whiskeys and vodkas.
To kick things off, our mixologists created this spicy and bacony version of the classic Bloody Mary using our Voodoo Bacon Maple Vodka. This is a “hair of the dog” cocktail that’s sure to give you a jump start on the day, if not the entire week.
Combine Voodoo Vodka and Bloody Mary mix in a highball glass. Stir. Top off with Sriracha Stout. Garnish with bacon.
