Your Rogue Spirits Cocktail Guide For New Years

Back by popular demand, a brand new cocktail/beertail cheat sheet from the mixologists at Rogue Spirits.

We wouldn’t let you go out this New Year’s Eve without being properly prepared. When they try to force cheap champagne on you, whip out one of these recipes instead.

Dare Risk Dream

Our Dead Guy Whiskey and Rogue’s Dead Guy Ale are mashed with the same four malts, making this an easy blending and smooth beertail. Depending on what your 2015 has been like, the Dare Risk Dream may be exactly what you need to get started on 2016.

Filbert

Chestnuts roasting on an open fire? Has anyone actually seen a chestnut? We didn’t think so. On the other hand, we have plenty of hazelnuts right here in Oregon. We roast our hazelnuts in small batches and then infuse them into our Hazelnut Spice Rum. Toss in some Hazelnut Brown Nectar and the Filbert will have you feeling nutty in no time.

Spruce Goose

We’ve brought you this recipe before. It’s one of our favorites because it was dreamed up by customers at our pubs who saw the natural combination of Spruce Gin and 7 Hop IPA before we did. If you want to mix it up a bit, try our Pink Spruce Gin instead.

As we did with our Christmas cheat sheet, you can download and print these recipes right here.

Happy New Year from all of us at Rogue Spirits!
