Escape With A Rogue Spirits Pina Colada

If you love Piña Coladas, this is the day for you. National Piña Colada Day celebrates Puerto Rican pirate Roberto Cofresí who, according to legend, created a cocktail made of coconut, pineapple and white rum to boost the morale of his crew.

As the first rum distiller in Oregon, Rogue Spirits has a special fondness for the drink that conjures up images of sandy beaches on tropical islands. This cocktail, made with both of our rums, has a special connection to our home state and reminds us that any place can be a tropical paradise – if you have the right recipe.
