From Barrel To Bottle, Pink Spruce Gin

After ocean aging for six months, we’re getting ready to bottle by hand our newest batch of Rogue Spirits Pink Spruce Gin.

barrel ocean agingThis is our award winning Spruce Gin aged in Oregon Pinot Noir oak barrels.

It’s celebration of two great Oregon flavors, Pinot Noir from the Willamette Valley and Spruce Gin, inspired by the great Sitka Spruce forests of the Oregon Coast.

The recipe for our gin also includes cucumbers we grew at Rogue Farms in Independence and peeled by hand at our Distillery in Newport.

To make this collaboration of Oregon flavors even better, we created a cocktail designed to keep you warm and toasty this winter.
