I want to give you a heads up about a new Rogue Spirit. Something with a little extra kick to it.
I was brewing Chipotle Ale and we thought that instead of bottling it for beer, we should take some across the parking to the distillery and see how it turns out. Well… it turned out great.
We’re calling it Chipotle Spirit, and it should be available before the end of the month. We didn’t age Chipotle Spirit because we didn’t want the flavor to be altered in oak barrels. What you’ve got is a finished spirit with the true taste of all the ingredients, including the smoked jalapeños that we grew at our the Rogue Farms Hopyard.
