Farmstead Malt House – Tygh Valley, Oregon

Micro-malt batch 59 was flipped, moistened, germinated, and kilned. Bagged 850 lbs. of DIY Pilsner malt.

Micro-malt batch 60 went into steeper and then germinater. Still being flipped. Should be ready for kiln today.

Rogue Brewery – Newport, Oregon

No roasting this week. The roaster is down but will be back online by Thursday
